🍏 Reports permanently loading on iPhone
⚠️ We’ve recently had some reports of iOS/Apple device users having issues with loading reports as a result of syncing permissions issues. These can be resolved by following these steps in this order:
- Turn off all synced metrics from within Bearable first (Settings → Syncing → Tap stop on each metric).
- Then visit your Settings App → Privacy → Health → Bearable → Permissions (turn off and back on).
- Then re-enable permissions in Bearable (Settings → Syncing → Select your source for each metric).
- Restart Bearable by closing and reopening the app.
🧊 Freezing issues.
Most loading and freezing issues can be resolved by doing one of the following:
- Pausing any synced data e.g. from Google Health Connect or Apple Health
- If this works to solve the issue, you likely have a syncing bug and you should report this to us via Settings → Help → Report an issue → Syncing issue.
- Opening settings, tapping diagnostics, then tapping clear event queue, and then restarting Bearable helps?
- Updating Bearable and/or updating your device’s OS version via your settings app.
- Logging out, uninstalling, and reinstalling Bearable.
