This policy explains what we collect when you sign up to the Bearable Ambassador program, and how we look after it. It only covers the ambassador program. How we handle your data in the Bearable app is covered by our main Privacy Policy [link].

- We only collect what we need to run the program.
- We never look at the health data in your Bearable account for this program.
- Your demo video is only seen by the Bearable team and never shared without your permission.
- We never sell your information.

Why we use it
- To review your sign-up and demo video. If you mention your health in your sign-up or video, we only look at it because you've told us that's OK when you sign up.
- To work with you and pay you. This is needed to carry out our agreement with you.
- To share videos we've paid for, in the ways set out in our Terms & Conditions.
- To keep tax and payment records, because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
- The tools we use to run the program, such as Google (for forms and file storage) and our email provider, who only use it on our behalf
- Videos will be edited in Adobe Premier Rush, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Descript.
- Videos will be shared to social media and ad platforms, but only for videos we've paid for
